INGREDIENTS

Fresh Cilantro - 1 cup, chopped

Fresh Mint - 1 cup, chopped

Green chillies - 2 whole

Salt - 1 tsp

Yoghurt - 2 tbsp

Lime Juice - 2 tbsp

Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp

Optional: Water - 1 tbsp or just enough to get the blender going

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until relatively smooth.

Taste and adjust salt and lemon to your liking.

Refrigerate until serving. Chutney will keep 4 days in the fridge
