Ingredients:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 avocados (medium)
- 2 bananas (medium-large)
- 2 ½ cups milk
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 handful of fresh kale , hard stems removed
- 4 dates , stones removed
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve. Consume within 2 days.
