Spinach Kale Smoothie

A tasty and refreshing drink that is rich in nutrients. This smoothie helps to improve heart health, protect against diseases and even help in increasing weight loss. It also helps to keep you full between meals and it is the perfect healthy addition to your diet.

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

 

  • 2 avocados (medium)

 

  • 2 bananas (medium-large)

 

  • 2 ½ cups milk

 

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach

 

  • 1 handful of fresh kale , hard stems removed

 

  • 4 dates , stones removed

 

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

  • Pour into a glass and serve. Consume within 2 days.
