Prawn Cocktail Salad

Prawn Cocktail Salad by Shermaine, using yummy and fresh lettuces!

  • 2 slices of lemon


  • 1 avocado


  • 10 cherry tomatoes


  • 6 prawns


  • 1 packet of lettuce


  • Olive oil


  • Butter

  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan, on a medium heat.


  • Add in the prawns and lemon juice.


  • Tear and rinse the lettuce, slice the cherry tomatoes, avocado and any other ingredients (e.g. cucumber) to preference.


  • Toss all the salad ingredients together in a bowl if desired.


  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.


  • Toss the cooked prawns on top of the salad and enjoy!
