- 2 slices of lemon
- 1 avocado
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 6 prawns
- 1 packet of lettuce
- Olive oil
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan, on a medium heat.
- Add in the prawns and lemon juice.
- Tear and rinse the lettuce, slice the cherry tomatoes, avocado and any other ingredients (e.g. cucumber) to preference.
- Toss all the salad ingredients together in a bowl if desired.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Toss the cooked prawns on top of the salad and enjoy!
