A healthy delicious snack that is super easy to make!
1 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the kale leaves, then remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the kale and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat the leaves evenly
- Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are brown and the leaves are crispy.
